The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas (just outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport) will be the site of the 48th Annual RSSI C&S Exhibition. The “Texan” (a smaller version of the Gaylord Opryland facility) will provide a fabulous venue for the attendees to enjoy “a little bit of Texas”. With hotel rooms and the convention center “under one roof” the weather won’t be a concern.

REGISTRATION

Registration for all attendees will be available either on-line (use the appropriate link) or on-site. Registration is not accepted via regular mail or fax.

A. Railroad, Transit & Government Attendees

The registration fee is waived for all railroad, transit, or government attendees. Registration can be accomplished on-line after January 2, 2008. Please click here to begin the registration process for railroad, transit, and government attendees.

B. Supplier / Consultants

C. On-Site Registration

The on-site Registration Desk will be located near the exhibit hall entrance. The Registration Desk will be open as follows:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for the RSSI Exhibition must be received in writing on or before May 1, 2008 to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds will not be processed until after the Exhibition. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1, 2008. Substitutions may be made for a $50 processing fee.

EXHIBITS

All exhibitors have been encouraged to have technical people available in their exhibit space. It is our intent to have the right people available to answer questions, demonstrate products and discuss application issues that attendees might have.
