Online Registration for 2011 RSSI C&S Exhibition

Dear Registrant, In order to maintain the focus on the exhibits, the RSSI Board of Directors has adopted a policy which requires all attendees to refrain from entertaining customers during the week of the exhibit. Entertaining can be generally defined as 'a supplier or group of suppliers and a customer or group of customers involved in an organized activity outside of the exhibit hall during the week of the exhibit'. For example, a supplier who invited three customers to go out for dinner on Wednesday night would be considered as entertaining. A supplier who met with a couple of customers in the hotel lounge after the exhibit closed for the day would not be considered as entertaining. The Board has consulted with the primary executives and management among our railroad customer base and we have their complete support for this policy. If all attendees comply we will be able to continue having the best attended and supported exhibit in the industry.
